Hey Michael, this stuff is great. I’ve always turned to you as an example of organization, goal setting, and plain old “just getting things done.” You’ve taught me a lot.
And you continue to do so.
Talk with you soon,

Hey Michael,
Great video! Very often the to-do list ends up like a grocery list … and the owner ends up doing nothing because it looks so intimidating.
Here’s a tip which I find useful - if a task looks extremely difficult or if I find myself doodling trying to find other things to do instead of the ‘main/important’ task of the day - I would tell myself, “Just 10 minutes”
I’ll do this for just 10 minutes … and then I can do something else. Very often, this helps me to get started, and once started, the momentum just came.
Cheers,
Adrian

Hey,
I am going to tell you a secret. When I joined the Secret Momentum Lab I took my last household money to invest in the program. I felt so strong from within that this was the best way to go for me. I had a minimal income, that I barley could survive on and my life circumstances was not so good.
Anyway I invested the money in the Secret Momentum Lab program (I didn’t tell anyone
about this so this is my secret, and during 14 days it was less food on the table), but just for 14 days. It just took around 14 days in the program when first and foremost my health improved suddenly and 2 days later I received unexpected money on my bank account and 2 days after this I won money on a lottery ticket. This gave me so much money so I continued in Michael’s coaching program. Hold your breath I have won money again, so now I am on my way to participate in an intensive course in Sweden about “Power Marketing”, this is a course held in a residential study centre here in Sweden and the teacher has learned from Jay Abraham, so I really looking forward learning from him and to morrow is the day I take this journey to participate in this 3 day intensive course. Sorry, no time for internet during this time.
And another step that I have taken is that I joined the BOA Method program and this feel incredible good. So I can now se how the snowball starts to move of itself and it has become more fun to live in this world now.
I seem to attract money in all of its shape and I have gone from nothing to all of this happen so fast. I am glad that I didn’t let fear stop me from doing this investment. My body senses tell me that this is the way to my new life and since I joined Secret Momentum Lab I never experience any kind of lack. My life has change from gray to gold or prosperity. Thank you so very much.
Warmly,
Ulla H

Hey Michael
Your right on about the to do list, most
people fail before they even start the
list. Taking small steps to achive the goal
will always be a success

Hi Michael:
Great ideas brought down to what we try to do daily.
Another tip with “to do” lists. If you have a rather large project-do something on the project every day. If you have, say, 20 days to get it done, try to do 5-10% every day. Many large projects have to be done in sequence, you need input from others or you need time to study the next move, so doing something every day will get the job done on time.
Thanks!
John

Yes, the ‘Planning ahead’ is a good idea, than you also have time to get your ‘unconsiousness’ working on it, and to get great new ideas for realising your plans.
(I do think I have some ‘room for improvement’
in this area, ‘knowing’ and ‘doing’ aren’t alway’s the same.)
I also agree that it’s also usefull to be a little flexible, otherwise you might ‘Paint yourself stuck’.
Thanks for the great idea to have one ‘Highlighted item a day’ and consider the rest as a ‘bonus’. I had brought back my ‘definately to do-list’ to 6 items already, but just one, and to consider the rest as ‘bonus’ sounds interesting and I think that it will be a lot more motivating.
It definitely is worth to experiment
with such an approach.
All the Best,

Hi Michael,
I enjoy your videos a lot. Thank you.
You’re sharing important tips, tricks and techniques and I’m wondering if you’ll come up with a video about “Find Your Why!” (first).
Every momentum will slow down or even die if “you” don’t have one essential wish, something you like to turn away forever and force you to take the next step. Or something which will awake your desire every day. Or even better, something you can utilize for/in both directions.
Standing Up … To Do Lists …
Why? What is it good for? What (or whom) does it serve for? What is my essential driving force? What is the main reason to go the extra mile or overcome procrastination? Why am I doing it in the long run?
It’s about life purpose and determination. The big reason WHY is your inner compass.
A good way to think about it, is: “Do, what you love and love, what you do!”
All the Best,
Roland

Hey Michael
Totally agree with on that point about pin pointing the most important task to complete for the day.
I feel much relaxed and de-stressed each time I have completed the task that I need to complete for the day and because I don’t feel so stressed, I can achieve more for the day.
Great advise there!;)

And thanks.

Hey Michael,
Second only to avoiding procrastination is the ability to plan ahead to make every working minute count. This video drives the point home well although, for those who are not organised, it can be difficult to achieve.
Keep them coming!
Best regards,
Nick

Michael,
Great video! It’s refreshing to see
that someone heavily involved with
computers still uses the good old
pencil and paper to keep track of
their important tasks.
I had (still have) a whole
prioritized list of tasks to be
completed in an Excel Spreadsheet.
It tracks dates, and completion
percentages and can be quickly
loaded and updated.
But it’s like trying to kill a fly
with cannon instead of a flyswatter!
Overkill to the max … it’s too
easy to add a few items every time
you update the list.
Eventually, ton of trivial tasks
gets jumbled in with the important
items. Guess which items wound up
NOT getting done!
Thanks for reminding us of how to do
the first things first.

I used paper and then started using an electronic task tracking system called FIT at a job site I was working on contract. Once that contract was over I was totally lost without the tracking system and actually went out and purchased the service to use on my own (web based). It sends me email reminders, daily to-do lists (that I can print a hard copy of) and I can prioritize everything … it’s great!!! This is the one I purchased www.fittrackingsolutions.com but you can find a list of them on Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_issue_tracking_systems

Hey Michael,
I am enjoying your TV so much that I have started to go back and
watch all the archived stuff.
Your short motivational programs are inspiring and a little
like the recent discovery that it only takes 8 minutes a day
to keep fit physically. So yours is my 8 minute motivatipnal
training! Thank you so much keep up the good work!.
