Michael, You are truly inspiring! I love the fact that your UK based and can relate to your ideas and thoughts. Keep up the excellent work!
Maybe you should also do a video on how to cope with tons of emails, as I think this would be great.
Nice one!

Hi Michael, well done , very good and keep up the good work as i agree that the vast majority of people just spend their time on pretty useless things like watching useless tele for hours on end, when there are so many much better ways for a person to stimulate their mind and make much better use of their time, Regards Jez

Thanks for great videos!
I changed one routine today, actually.
Instead of sitting down while listening to you,
I stood up and followed your gestures by
doing the same gestures as you.
This was really cool, as I felt so much more
energized, just by doing so.
I stopped waste my time on TV several
years ago.
I also unsubscribed newspapers and
doing so there is more time to do
more fun things in life.
Why waste time to engage in
bad news several hours per day?

I agree that reading is much more precious. The older I get the more I realize how much junk is on telly. The problem with telly is that its expensive to produce those shows so they need to appeal to the masses. Its the same thats happening now to the video game market, where the games are so expensive now to produce that they need to play it safe. 15 years ago games where much more imaginative.

Hello Michael,
I agree with what you said about TV. I’m from America and I do think I was watching about 7 hours of TV a day. But recently I have decided to make a little more time to read. So I printed out the many, many ebooks that I have ordered from clickbank and other places and am now making time to read them. Maybe an hour or so a day.

Michael,
You are awesome. It is truly in our daily habits and consistency where tremendous success happens.
This is a great video I will be passing to my Team.
Reading, listening to cds and consistent habits are truly transformational. Inch by Inch it is a cinch.
Thanks for everything you do.

Michael, I have no idea how I started getting your emails. Today I retrieved you from the junk folder and watched for the first time. You definitely are about ATTITUDE…GRRRRRRREAT attitude. Since I’m about HEALTH and WELLNESS and you can’t have this without yours, I’ll be passing you on. You fit right in. Talk about getting people off their butts. You put the firecracker in their drawers.

Hi Michael I truly enjoy and love your own momentum, I can tell your love of people far outweighs your ‘love’ for money. Because you are on ‘Higher-Ground’ you work very hard to LIFT us up to where you are. It is said that there’s pleanty room at the top, it is down here where there is no breathing space. I look forward to you bringing back another enrollment for another ‘MOMENTUM MONDAY’ so I can also jump in at that time. I am saving for that ‘rainy-day’ when you will be showing us just how to be on the ’sunny-side-of-the-street’

I cannot imagine spending 7 hours a day watching TV. That thought just infuriates me! Sure, there is something relaxing about cuddling up with your family and watching a movie once in a while, especially on days where the weather is crappy. But, I can’t imagine watching 7 hours of TV in a single day. I probably watch 7 Total hours of TV in a YEAR!
People, this is your LIFE! We will not get back any of that time that we lose sitting on our butts watching TV! Remember, it only takes a moment to create MOMENTUM…right Michael?!

Hi Michael,
posting on your blog is getting to be a habit for me and I’m not sure if its a good habit but,if not it will have to be replaced.lol
I read an article recently that stated 58% of high school
grads will not pick up book to read after graduation, sad but true.
Keep the videos rolling.

Hi, Very practical! Now, whenever I do routine housework, I see you talking and reminding me about good and bad routine. It really helps! Thanks.

Hi Michael,
I don’t think you have to worry about the folks in the US watching 7 hrs of TV! I guarantee they have NO clue they’re real couch potatoes, and it’s certain they won’t be the people watching your videos .
Your point about habit substitution is a great one! It’s easier to “modify” a habit by a substitution versus trying to abruptly stop the action all together. It’s a lot less stressfull.
