Relaxation is totally the Key. I don’t know if you’ve read The Master Key System, but it talks about clearing your mind of all thoughts. Seek the silence at least once a day for about 15 or 20 minutes. This is the clearing your mind of all thoughts with meditation. Get in a quiet place and just don’t think about anything. As soon as a thought comes in your mind just let it go as easily as it came in. Relax, but don’t go to sleep. This gives your mind a clean slate to create thoughts that only serve you instead of defeat you.
Great Stuff Michael! Thanks again.

Hey Tim, I haven’t read The Master Key system in entirety but it sounds like what you’re talking about is the same as ‘The Power of Now’. (Another great book!)
Great video, Michael. Thank you. Something all budding entrepreneurs need to hear!
Michael said its okay to have the rest of the day off - so that’s OKAY!!

Hi Michael;
Thanks for this very “timely” video and message about relaxing.
I’ve been dealing with some serious family issues which can be very stressful. So, your short message could not have arrived in my inbox at a better time!
You reminded me to just take the time off to take good care of myself, get relaxed and recharged. That’s the best way that I can care for my family.

Another great message Michael.
I have found daily meditation can be a great stress release and make my efforts more productive.
Also what an awesome point about fresh ideas coming to you when your mind is unfocused on the daily grind.
Thanks Michael,

As always there is great content in your videos.
There are tons of different ways to relax and I have meditated for many years now - I am a never-ending tester - so I test all different kind of relaxation and love to do it. That’s true one become so filled with energy to channel in the workload and become so much more efficient. But of course nature is the best way to run in the forest…

Hello Michael, I just wanted to tell you that the reason why people tend to burn candles at both ends is because their OCD (obcessive compulive disorder ) when your brain gets locked in a certain frequentcey and you can’t stop or control your thoughts this is called brain lock. If you don’t meditate or slow your mind down you can either burn up your brain or give your self a Heart attack or stroke!I teach people a tech. to help them slow down their mind and calm their Heart. Thank you for reminding us to chill out and just relax! Dr. Dirk Friedt
