  3. Hi Michael,

Awesome video. After having only a little success it’s hard to keep going. I have been there myself where I have almost given up. I think it’s very important to keep pushing and don’t stop.

I find that when I’m feeling down doing extra work and refocusing really helps me become more productive and positive.

I can’t believe that there has almost been 50 episodes. WOW! I love all your videos Michael and I have learnt so much about momentum from them. I wait for your email every day and take notes on every episode.

    With Thanks

  4. Thank God for this video Michael - I was ready to throw in the towel - call it quits - hang up the ol’ jock strap.

We’ll have to throw a big online party to celebrate your 50th episode.

    Thanks for the referral.

  5. Hi Michael,
You really hit it on the nail there. I gotta continue Pushing. I’m a bit down at the moment, becos I’m nowhere near getting to my goal and there’s only till the end of the month as per the goal I set myself. So I better get cracking…
You haven’t heard from me in a week, becos I’m submerged in the office and havent even had time to listen to the last 4 or 5 episodes. But i’m going to do some catch-up tomorrow and also on my goal. Look forward to the GOLDEN EPISODE tomorrow. You really got to fel proud of yourself. You’re a great guy.

    cheers,

  6. Morning Michael, :)

Loved the water pump metaphor, My trickles are coming in, still working on the gushes :)

Will add a great poem, that I read constantly when I first got started… And still do when I need to… Quite apt for this topic..

For Anyone even thinking about giving up.. DON’T!!!!!

    “Don’t Quit Poem”

When things go wrong as they sometimes will.
When the road you’re trudging seems all up hill.
When funds are low and the debts are high.
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh.

When care is pressing you down a bit.
Rest, if you must, but don’t you quit.

Life is weird with its twists and turns.
As every one of us sometimes learns.
And many a failure turns about
When we might have won had we stuck it out,

Don’t give up though the pace seems slow,
You may succeed with another blow.

Success is failure turned inside out,
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt.
And you never can tell how close you are.
It may be near when it seems so far,

So stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit
It’s when things seem worst that you must not QUIT.

The big 50 episode tomorrow, Party on!

    Have a Great Day..

  7. Thanks for this encouragement. You really do great things for us. This was exactly what I was in need of for the moment. Life goes up and down. Like a spiral. Tomorrow is the big turning point…

    The best,

  8. Thanks

I use the “momentum” term with people frequently (since listening to you). I tell them “dont lose what you have started”, now I have the pump story to round it out!

I like your emphasis on the “you” at the end. People push for others and rarely themselves.

  9. Hi Michael

Another excellent piece of advice Michael.

I LOVE these videos mate, they really help me practice what I preach too.

  10. Mike,

I’m trying to get back into the swing and play a bit of catch up now. I was suffering from a dilemma called “Too Much Information” at one time and I couldn’t focus. I would like to put that behind me and start getting that Momentum going again. I could use your help. Thanks.
