  4. I’ve always been a multitasker, filling up many bottles at once. I have a to-do list everyday and work on that list. Mostly I finish, sometimes I don’t, but I’ve learned not to sweat the small stuff, and it’s all small stuff! I have to constantly prioritize - that helps get the most urgent business done first. Slowly slowly, all comes together! One bottle at a time - just not my style!

  5. Thanks Mike,
Yet again excellent content. I was reading a bit of Ted Nicholas`s new book last night ” Billion Dollar Marketing Secrets” But what caught my eye
was a part on Successes who had failed a lot before hitting the big time .For example Henry Ford was in his m id fifties when he achieved success.
Walt Disney was bankrupt four times before being successfull. I guess the point is dont give up beacuse you have a few failiures :) One bottle that is the way to do it;)
    Bye for now

  7. Hi Michael,
I still havent mastered this. I keep jumping from one project to another !!. And what you say makes perfect sense. I dont get half my work done. Got to CONTROL myself and TAKE CONTROL as well.

I got a mission for TOMORROW.
    Thanks,

  10. I would add to the comments on simpleology great program to use, but I still suffer from the inability to prioritize and see through on one project only.

I realize that for me at this present time i need a constant external kick up the A##s to enable me to be focused, which is the biggest drawback for me. Not being able to be focused on a task without being influenced by the multitude of other options you are presented with.

  12. Thanks for your kind sharing!

I suppose this is the most usual problem to keep focus on one task and not do a lot of things at one time. I realised that multitasking is a myth and not good at all. Today I cleared out loads of clutter from my desk and wow what a releasing feeling to have that done. So much more energized now.

    All the best,
