Nice video Michael. I try to organise what needs to be done each day however I try not to over anylise things as I don’t like having a schedule that I must stick to. I want to keep my freedom. That is why I love your idea of having To-Do lists.
I don’t believe that you could do a full episode sitting still Micheal so it looks like that is out of the question. Look forward to seeing what you talk about tomorrow.
Thanks

Hello Michael another great video! Keep it up!
I look forward to seeing your videos because they always pump me up with your energy.
I love the to do list and organizing concept.
I don’t know how I would get anything done without using some kind of flexible system that works around my varying daily schedule.
Thanks Michael you are awesome!

Hi Michael
I just came back from Bootcamp with Mike ANtoni and Lisa Diane. Can you touch on staying focus. I find myself easily drifting sometimes.
Thanx

Michael,
Your videos are excellent…keep up the good work!
I need to create a squeeze page to obtain email addresses and also for people to register for a newsletter. How does one do this? Is it a question of using an autoresponder?

Hi Michael. My suggestion is about how to say No without guilt. I always seem to have people asking me to do things for them, (which is nice), but I think a lot of times, because I do things to 100% and it might be better than what they think they can do for themselves. So how can I move them forward without spending more time showing them how to do something, than just doing it myself.
Keep up the good work, Michael.

Thanks for great information as always!
Now you have explained this process about paper work and list to work on (to-do-list) - could you talk about how to follow and stick to this list and keep focus…
All the best,

@Darlene C doucet: Check out Michaels excellent episode on Vampires, I think it’s #46. That was yesterday. Maybe that gives you a hint.
@’Sir’ Michael Cheney.
Your videos are great. Above someone asked about ‘Focus’ that might not be a bad subject. I personally struggle with ‘Priorities’. Maybe you wanna talk about that.
Yours

Michael!
One more thing. I submitted some episodes to Digg with the link you have here on the blog. It submits them in NEWS, wouldn’t Video be more appropriate??

Hey Michael,
I’m having trouble with plugins for wordpress blogs. Have you had any experience with either
wp-o-matic or smartrss plugins? I’ve been stuck for 5 days on this now. If not you can’t help me.
Have a dandy day.

Hi Michael, Great video again!
A topic.
How about approaching people and talking to them. Basic guidelines to help us people who don’t have the ‘gift of the gab’ like yourself.
Thanks again
Stewart.

How would you organize or attack the next major project that you want to work on?

Hello Michael,
Watching your video is the first thing I do after I log on to my computer.
I love your suggestion about the Idea Book, because often times when I start a project, my mind would start racing with so many ideas, many good ideas…and then I lost focus and tried to do too many things at one time…Jog down ideas and then focus and move forward to the goal is so right!
Thank you!

Great Info Mike …
… here’s some videos I made about organization for anyone wanting to
get a little deeper on the subject

My topic Michael is STILL transitions
I know we’re both going through
transitions in our businesses to this day
but Id love to hear and I’m sure many others
would too - how you managed to break the
month to month grind and create ultimate
wealth online.
I’m doing about $8,000 - $10,000 a month
Online but I really would like to reach $16,000
A month CONSISTANTLY within the next
3 – 4 months but im finding It hard to make
that critical transition.
BTW - I know your come back will be project
creation …
… but HOW DO YOU control your business
effectivly when going through such BIG
transitions,
Extra projects = extra tasks = mayhem
spill your guts …

Thanks for putting up my request.
I have something to ask you, is it ok you do something about sleeping ? I personally have some sleeping problems at night, being unable to sleep. What causes insomnia ? And what can be done to ensure that i have good sleep ?
Thanks
