  5. Wow, great video Michael. Some great advice for everyone there. I love how you plan your goals years in advance, I really do think that’s a great idea especially to keep track of achievements.

I think achievements would make another awesome video. I think it’s important to look back on what has been achieved over the past day, week, month and year as it’s great for keeping positive and motivated.

    Thanks!

  6. Great info

I love the simple point of posting the goals. There is so much POWER in seeing and reading the goals daily.

    Thanks again……great stuff

  7. Great Ideas, Michael. The suggestion of planning the goals and putting them on a Vision board has revitalized my motivation to be successful this year. Thanks.

  8. Michael, great ideas on goal-setting! I especially liked the point you made about giving ones self the well deserved pat on the back that we sometimes neglect for goals we’ve achieved already :-)

  11. It’s easy to find pics for your money and posession goals. Make certain you also include photos that represent your Goals for the other areas of your life like family, spiritual, fitness, relationships, etc, otherwise you will create unconscious resistance.

People forget to create Goals for the other life areas and wonder why they are stuck and out of balance.

  12. I use a cork board to put up my picture on my vision board.

This makes it easy to move picture around. I also send email to myself to encourage myself not to give up and in addition to that I send myself a letter now with encouragement.

    Thanks for all you share.

    All the best,
    Ulla H :)
