  2. Hi Michael,

Thanks for those cool tip to
    hold focus.

I`m gonna use my body guard
now and follow my to do list,
    without interruption.

This day will become a creative
day that I will remember as the
    positive day D - DO… another
step towards my goal… of financial
    freedom.

  3. This is really a very good Michael Cheney video on focus and why it’s soo important and how to do it better. I love his over-the-top delivery. It looks goofy, but it helps you remember everything. It’s very effective the way he waves his hands and arms around like that. Very polished and definitely NOT boring. Remember: 1) Pick a word of the day 2)Use your Bouncers/Bodyguards 3) Big Brother & the Paparazzi are watching YOU at all times. Shape up! - Cute & easy to remember. I’ll see how effective it is. - Dr. David Brown - ww.JVAccess.com

  4. Hey Michael,

Great suggestions! Thank you. I’ve not heard of any of those 3 methods before but I really love the ‘word of the day’ idea.

Nice shirt by the way :)

  5. No one can beat you. Your Momentum video got me moving this morning. Thanks for the kick in the pants!

  6. Reminds me of the time I used to get the Readers Digest Magazine. They would give you a word for each day until the next edition. it certainly got my vocabulary up to date.
The poor chaps that used to work for me at the time had to suffer though.

Regarding imagining people watching you all the time. That’s not as daft as it sounds. I go into it more in ‘Visions Of The Future Past’.
My name here links to it.

    Great video series Michael.

  7. Get real Michael
You should know this better than anyone else.
There is only one word that should ever be your word of the day. Can you guess what it is? No, then I am ashamed of you, the word is: Momentum.

  9. Hello Michael,

That was a great start for my day, Thank You.

I was looking at my inbox, with 187 unread messages, liked your subject line “for focus sake” got my attention :)

Will go back delete 180 of those, get my word & get going.. :) What a great idea!

Focus is the one thing I think we all struggle with occasionally, Not any more!

    Thanks, Dianne in NZ :)

  10. Hello Michael,

I totally agree that it’s important to be able to “FOCUS”, that’s why recently I made some changes to make my slightly chaotic and ‘Unfocussed’ site better Focussed in an effort to attract ‘TotallyTerrificTraffic’.

Everybody reading this is welcome to help me with getting ‘TotallyTerrificTraffic’

I just simply keep on focussing on ‘TotallyTerrificTraffic’, If you go to my site you will be part of this ‘TotallyTerrificTraffic’.

The only time you will like a ‘Traffic Jam’ is when you focus on ‘TotallyTerrifficTraffic’.

My Bodyguards are paving the way to get me through, So that I can focus on my ‘TotallyTerrificTraffic’

What do you mean IMAGINE being followed arround by camera’s? Haven’t you seen me on the ‘Entertainment Channel’ and on all the other Networks? Haven’t you seen it on the News?

    I am having ‘TotallyTerrificTraffic!!!’

    Thanks for the great suggestion’s
I like it, It’s totally ‘Happy Blogspot’ approved! :)

  11. Hey Michael

I think focus is the number 1 reason
is why that people fail on the net.
They don’t focus to see a project all the
    way threw.

    Hi Michael

I’ll try to remember this ’stay focus’ the three wonderful simple words — pick a word, bouncers and Paparazzi’s.

I watched your video on Momentum and I thought that was very informative. But then, you are an expert with many years experience. Whilst ME I’ve only got 7 months newbie experience and I am still learning and there is so much to take in, so I must stay ‘focus’.

    Best wishes to you Michael.

  15. Hey, I paused your video to focus on doing some pushups… something about that bodyguard thought maybe? Actually I had put off doing them from earlier and needed to focus on doing some before it got any later.

Great high-energy video and may inspiration keep coming your way in your future videos.

  16. Hello Michael,

This is kind of ‘SPOOKY’, and I am wondering if you might be a little ‘Psychic’ or something because - as you can see in a previous comment - I was only joking arround a little about ‘Being followed arround by camera’s’ etc. etc.

    Well guess what,

TODAY I actually had a ‘Photo Shoot’!!!!

(Really I am not kidding here!)

Because at the company I work at - with more than a hundred people working - I recently was choosen as ‘Salesman of the Month’ and they needed a picture of mine to put on the ‘Wall of Fame’ at our company.

This ‘Focussing thing’ is kind of ‘Spooky’ because if I am not carefull, I might actually get loads of ‘TotallyTerrificTraffic’ also :)

  17. Hi Michael,

I love your ideas to get ultimate focus. So many people have problems focusing on their goals (including myself) it’s unbelievable.

I would also like your advice about getting rid of distractions as well. Although this is a part of focus, I think getting rid of distractions would be great for another episode.

    Thanks for your tips!

  18. Where are your wings. I am convinced you are on my angel team! You truly had me laughing out loud and talking back to you… ROFLOL. ALERT was my word I chose while watching this, ROFLMAO with the body guards pushing distractions away… and the cameras will just have to stay out of the bathroom!! ROLOL cough cough ROFLMAO..

Michael Cheney, Thank you for an entertaining and energetic motivational speech, saved to favorites that I will listen to every day for a month or more to get it into a habit to do all three things. Thank you.

I dare you to wear wings for the next video! I love it when the universe uses fun interventions… I so feel the love.

    Have a great new year!
