    I have a mate who is a smallholder and he has a great business head. He is focused and gets what he wants. And he works smart . He is the only person I know who looks at my ideas with an open business minded head. Yeah Love the idea of what season are we in .Im definitley in spring planting my seeds to harvest in Autumn.

  5. Hey Michael,

    Great point you had, “Why isn’t everyone….??”

    “Back to the Basics” is where it all begins.

    Liked the seasons analogy too, Summer here!
    Literally too :) in New Zealand and it is a beautiful sunny day!

    Nice haircut ;)

    Have a great weekend,

  7. Why isn’t everybody happy? Because we are raised and continuously trained to please others.
    * The parents
    * The boss
    Those others easily take control over our lifes and get us off balance.
    Most of us have to learn that basic ’stuff’ again.

  9. Why isn’t everybody Happy?

    Because not everybody has visited my
    brilliant site yet :)

    O.K. I will be honest, it will also make me Happy, although that seems to suggest that ’special conditions’ are needed and that’s probably not what it is all about,

    If you want to know what it is about….,

    You can read all about it, and about a book titled:

    “Happy for No Reason”

  10. Michael,

    I had to laugh at this Farming video - but it is so true. Start with the basics and keep doing them day by day, soon you can reap the rewards.

    Great analogies….

  12. Very good, Michael! I agree with you about sowing and reaping. I AM glad I don’t get EVERYTHING I deserve, though. ;) That’s where God’s grace comes in.

    And let us not forget - “I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.” (1 Corinthians 3:6)
