You are truly the best. You saved my day. I was actually sitting on my butts working in front of the computer without taking any kind of pause. Now I did, up and jump, moving around doing funny face or grimace. I felt so comic so it ended up in a big belly laugh. I feel so relieving and refreshed now and filled of energy.
Cheers,

I will agree with you exercise is so important, what I like to do is weight training combined with aerobics. There is a pretty cool book out there for the Newbie called Bodyforlife. Great resource I started out with this book about two years ago, and I must say I am more energetic and stronger than i ever was.

Take a walk and if the night is clear watch the new moon at 7.44pm British time. With the new moon comes radical change so spend the next two weeks up to the full moon (Feb 20) reaffirming your commitment to throwing out old ideas and habits and bringing in new ones (me included).
Chinese new year is the year of the rat, the water element and in yoga you would concentrate on twists, crunches and strong standing postures.
This is a good time for setting my goals and sticking to them.

Exercise helps to alivate depression and helps to increase your memory! I love to do rebounding for 15 mins.a day and then I look and feel great! Well I need to go do my rebounding so I guess I go bounce in there see you later! Dr. Dirk Friedt
