For the moment I am reading “The secret of Hypnosis” by Paul McKenna and this is a book about programming ones brain and how to use ones brain power. Found it very interesting to read about how one can affect ones subconscious mind in different ways.
I also read and learn about NLP or Neuro Linguistic Programming from another book by Adam Koo. I go between two books at a time mostly, working on this pattern, and try to release it, and I wonder what I try to flee from, not listen to my inner self. Time to dig deeper in the subconscious mind set.
Have a great time and thanks for everything you share with us.
I know I have a ton of non utilized time.
This video brought that to light.
Time to make use of ‘Dead Time’.
P.S. 10-15 Minutes….lol!
If you have a very very poor diet you will have a lot of dead time. Thus, you will be an absolute genius in a year’s time. lol.
Big recommend - I always use my iPod together with audio books from www.audible.co.uk - I dont have to read the books - I just listen to them being read to me.
Extra bonus with the iPod - you can set the auiobook speed to double-speed, so you get through the book faster.
Then if the book is worth getting in paper format I get it and skim through and underliine and take notes etc.
Allways looking for more brain boosters.
What I think is funny, is when we think
we are smarter then the next guy.
You can allways learn more, but don’t
forget to take action
Very innovative method of using ‘dead’ time. We use such a small amount of our potential brainpower and extending it’s use could really help. Great insightful video!

Hey Mike,
I’m feeling that my brain is all ready for upgrade in 2008! LOL!
Of course, I’ve been already using my handphone that had pre-loaded with some seminar audios to listen to.
Pretty good - when everyone is wondering what am I listening to with the phone constantly on my ears
Nice reminder, though…
Cheers,
Vern
